AGOGE Systems is currently looking for a Senior level Business Analyst for our client's project. The project will be broken into multiple segments and will follow an iterative/agile approach giving the end user the ability to use functionality sooner as opposed to having to wait for total system completion. The Business Analyst must have previous, demonstrated use of both agile/iterative and waterfall methodologies. The Business Analyst has to have experience driving the client to a solution quickly. The Business Analyst must have experience with gathering requirements for an enterprise vendor package solution, and have systems integration experience. The Business Analyst should be able to go into our client s environment and quickly get up to speed with little hand holding.

Plans, gathers and clearly documents the business needs (requirements) of clients and stakeholders using techniques like prototyping, use cases, wireframes, JAD sessions, etc.

Organizes and validates the requirements and ensures that all are traceable and measurable.

Elicits, analyzes and validates business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

Serves as a liaison between the clients and developers to ensure that all technical requirements are identified, if applicable.

Assists in the collection of data element requirements.

Facilitates joint application review/design sessions (JAR/JAD) with clients, technical, and vendor resources.

Identifies and documents issues and risks in a timely manner and presents to PM for mitigation planning

Works with team to identify root cause, resolution

Assists lead tester in test and implementation plans

Serves as a SME for the instructional designer during training planning and development
Assists the PM in capturing and reporting project measures to the appropriate stakeholders.

Healthcare Industry experience is a huge plus and Experience with SOA business services; CBAP certified.

This individual will serve as an expert in project management and will manage all aspects of a moderately complex information technology project or multiple, medium-scale IT projects. This includes project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, communication, and cost. The Project Manager executes moderately, complex information technology projects from the original concept through the final implementation as well as ensures that the projects are aligned with standards and IT strategies. The role is also responsible to establish and communicate goals and direct team activity.

One of AGOGE's major Healthcare clients is seeking a Lead QA Tester for a contract position in Chicago, Il. The tester must have a minimum of 5 years experience in QA and Testing. Will own and drive the testing process across the entire SDLC. Will be responsible for resource estimation, developing test strategies and test plans, writing and reviewing test scripts, executing test conditions, tracking execution, and status reporting. Individual should have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of white and Black Box testing techniques.
